Terms and Conditions

Cards Accepted
We accept all major credit cards Including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Visa Debit & Maestro. We do not accept American Express (AMEX). We are PCI DSS Compliant, Barclaycard manage your payment we do not see your card details.

Carriage
Deliveries are subject to a £5.95 (plus VAT) charge to U.K. mainland. Where customers from other countries try to purchase we will issue them a refund less £3.00 administration charge.

Carriage Paid
We offer free carriage to order that are over £120.00 (net).

Delivery
Goods are normally sent on 24 hours delivery. Please be advised that our couriers will always ask for name & signature when delivering goods, so we need somebody to be in. Also note that our 'Next Day Delivery Service' does not include the weekend and bank holidays. We do not credit customers the carriage charge for late deliveries.

Exchanges
Goods can be exchanged as long as they are returned to us in their original packaging and in their original condition together with a note quoting the original order number and details of what you would like us to do. We do charge £5.95 plus VAT to send out replacement goods.

Liability - We cannot accept liability in respect of any errors, omissions, any loss or damage, malfunction or consequential loss contained or arising as a result of our website or our catalogues,

Opening Times - Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm.

Orders - We do not have a minimum order policy, orders can be accepted by phone, fax or email or online.

Payment Terms - Credit account holders it is strictly 30 days net and only available to business. Cheques should be made payable to Blueberry Ltd. Payments can be made directly into our account. For non account customers we need full proforma payment before goods can be released. Credit accounts are only given to comanies that have been trading for over 3 years.

Retention of Title - Goods remain the property of Blueberry Ltd until they have been paid for in full.

Prices - All goods are sold net and attract the current standard rate of VAT. However safety boots sold to individuals for their personal use are not subject to VAT. Whilst we endeavour to maintain prices we reserve the right to increase prices without notice.

Returns Of Faulty Goods - Faulty goods must be authorised by us before being returned.

Returns For Exchanges - Goods sent out correctly can exchanged at our discretion as long as the goods are returned in good condition in its original packaging. Please note we do not refund the carriage charge on the original order, or the carriage costs back to us.

Returns OF Unwanted Goods - Goods simply not wanted can be returned at our discretion we do not refund the carriage charge and we reserve the right to deduct £3.00 from the refund to cover card transactions. Items on sale or on clearance cannot be sent back or exchanged.

Shortages & Damages - Must be reported to the carrier and to us the same day by phone, and in writing within 3 days.
